How to submit a Warranty Claim with Acer Inc.

1. Email sales@acerinc.com with the serial number and installation date of part
2. Parts returned for warranty consideration must be shipped to ACER INC. via prepaid freight. Warranty parts shipped from ACER INC. will be shipped via ground freight.
   – All extra charges for expedited shipping shall be at the customer’s expense.
3. Warranty decisions will be at the discretion of Acer Inc.
