How to submit a Warranty Claim with Acer Inc.
- Email sales@acerinc.com with the serial number and installation date of part
- Parts returned for warranty consideration must be shipped to ACER INC. via prepaid freight. Warranty parts shipped from ACER INC. will be shipped via ground freight.
– All extra charges for expedited shipping shall be at the customer’s expense. - Warranty decisions will be at the discretion of Acer Inc.
